Advocate for young people’s access to social protection, investment in their skills, the protection of workers’ rights and well-being, progressive parental leave policies, the building of a youth-friendly labour market and investment in a new economy, in light of the changing nature of work. This should encourage the creation and exchange of innovative ideas and take into account the impacts of globalisation, demographic change, technological advancements, and the climate crisis.
