Collect good practices within our membership and among other youth organisations on inclusive, non-discriminatory and gender-equal practices to be promoted and used in Youth Forum advocacy and by Member Orgs to highlight the diversity and inclusiveness of the youth sector.
Survey our members on their on-going efforts in this area.
Include in the mandate of the on membership inclusion working structure (4.16) the development of a strategy on how to promote diversity and inclusion in Youth Forum, its membership and beyond. This should be developed with the support of relevant partners.
Develop a training module and toolkit together with our members on how to strengthen inclusive, non-discriminatory and gender-equal practices within youth organisations.
Develop closer links with youth networks which are not members but represent minority youth groups and involving them in work of the Youth Forum where relevant.
Ensure diversity and inclusion in Youth Forum activities and within the Working Structures established in the platform.
