Coordinate/support Member Organisations in advocating for the implementation of the Council of Europe Council of Ministers Recommentation (e.g. providing communications templates). This will be followed-up in 2018 with a focus on monitoring the implementation.

    An increasing number of Permanent Missions in Geneva supporting the European Youth Forum’s recommendations on youth rights.

    Based on an effective roadmap for the Council of Europe Committee of Ministers Recommendation on Young People’s Access to Rights, the Youth Forum successfully started advocating together with its members towards national governments (e.g. with Ministries of Foreign Affairs) for the implementation of the Recommendation.

    Increased understanding of the rights-based approach among Member Organisations, Board and Secretariat.
