Review of the Membership Strategy and development of a Membership Diversity Policy. This will be based on an assessment of diversity, inclusiveness and representativeness of the existing platform and a mapping of youth organisations across Europe with potential to join the platform. In addition it will ensure ensure diversity and inclusion in Youth Forum activities and within the Working Structures established in the platform.

Collect good practices on inclusive, non-discriminatory and gender-equal approaches and policies in the work of Youth Organisations, and based on that develop a diversity and inclusion policy with reporting to relevant bodies in the platform.

The 10% rule for involvment of non-Member Organisations in activities is implemented in calls for events and trainings hosted by the Youth Forum

The IP 2018 is based on the top priorities identified in the Membership Assessment(s) data and reports produced

Member Organisations evaluate that their assesment is reflected in the work of the Youth Forum

Number of Member Organisations have increased awareness of inclusion practices existing among Member Organisations and for events and activities of the Youth Forum
